I’m Damon Millar — an accountant by training, but an entrepreneur and business builder by instinct. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped thousands of business owners across the UK take control of their finances, accelerate their growth, and build companies they’re proud of.
As founder of Switch Accountants, I lead a team of sharp, commercially-minded professionals who believe that accountancy should be more than compliance — it should be a powerful tool for growth. We work with ambitious business owners who want honest advice, clear strategies, and results that make a measurable difference.
